These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit or use www.mabelhr.com and any replacement domain or page operated by Mabel HR (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

In these Terms, “Mabel HR”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Mabelhr Ltd, trading as Mabel HR. Mabelhr Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 08171703. Our registered office is 2 Tower House, Tower Centre, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 8UR. Our VAT number is 520 1481 38.

2. Website purpose

The Website provides general information about our consultancy, HR, payroll, global hiring, AI and workforce services. Website content is not a proposal, binding offer, legal opinion or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Client services: any work we undertake will be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work, engagement letter or services agreement. If those documents conflict with these Website Terms, the client agreement takes precedence for that work.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

  • use it in a way that breaches applicable law, infringes another person’s rights or is fraudulent, harmful or misleading;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server, connected systems or data;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks or material designed to disrupt the Website;
  • scrape, harvest, extract or reproduce Website content at scale without our written permission;
  • misrepresent your identity or submit information you do not have authority to provide; or
  • use our content, name or branding to imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation without permission.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or the Website or its users are at risk.

4. Content and professional information

We take reasonable care to keep Website information useful and current, but laws, regulatory guidance, technology and business practice change. We do not promise that all content is complete, error-free or current at every moment.

You should obtain advice appropriate to your organisation before acting on Website content, particularly in relation to employment law, tax, payroll, data protection, immigration, international hiring, AI governance or regulated matters.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Website, including its copy, layout, designs, graphics, photographs, code, trade names and logos.

You may view, print or download a reasonable extract for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You must not materially modify, republish, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without written permission. Any permitted copy must retain relevant copyright and attribution notices.

6. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean we approve or control the third party. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

You should review the third party’s own terms and privacy information before using its services.

7. Website availability and security

We aim to keep the Website available and secure, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical faults or circumstances outside our control. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website without notice.

You are responsible for using suitable devices, software and security protections when accessing the Website.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating to the Website and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or business interruption arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on general Website content.

These limitations relate to the Website only. Liability for professional services is dealt with in the relevant client agreement.

9. Personal information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our use of artificial intelligence is described in our AI Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our operations or applicable law. The revised version will be published here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after publication means the updated Terms apply from that point.
